On 20th October 2022 Warwick Court Leet inaugurated Alan Lettis as their new Bailiff for the forthcoming year. Alan has lived in Warwick since 2000 and has been an active member of Warwick’s community since moving into the town with his family. In 2009 Alan started Warwick’s Beer Festival which has continued to grow every year and is still a key date in Warwick’s calendar of events.
In 2015 Warwick Court Leet took over the organising and running of Warwick’s Beer Festival, helping to raise money for organisations and community groups in Warwick. Alan has also supported Warwick Court Leet in launching the annual Lord Leycester Hospital Beer Festival; which raises funds for the ongoing restoration works at one of Warwick’s iconic attractions.
Alan also joined Southwark Court Leet and was a Juror for 5 years.
During his year as Bailiff, Alan hopes to be able to help in the Community and attend as many functions as possible while supporting our adjoining Courts in Alcester, Bromsgrove and Henley in Arden.
