Dates for Warwick’s Summer Beer, Cider and Music Festival, plus a new grand total for grants given to Warwick charities from Warwick Court Leet
Warwick Court Leet presented a cheque for £6,843 to The Lord Leycester following the success of The Lord Leycester Beer Festival, held in February 2026. The two-day festival, staged in the Great Hall of The Lord Leycester, raised the money through ticket sales, drinks sales and sponsorship from local businesses and supporters.
Organised and run by Warwick Court Leet with support from staff and volunteers at The Lord Leycester, the festival continues to raise funds to help preserve the institution and support the retired servicemen and women who live there.
The cheque was presented by the Bailiff of Warwick Court Leet, Rob Cameron, to the Master of The Lord Leycester, Darren Bowyer, at a gathering attended by members of the Court and supporters of the charity.
Following the presentation, Warwick Court Leet announced its summer beer festival and a new grand total for its community grant fund.

“The Lord Leycester Beer Festival has become one of Warwick’s most popular winter community fundraising events and we are delighted to donate the proceeds to The Lord Leycester. The support shown by Warwick’s residents, businesses, volunteers and visitors helps us preserve an important part of our heritage while also supporting the people who call The Lord Leycester their home.
“Now the Court is busy preparing our Summer Beer, Cider and Music Festival, which brings together great local drinks, live music and a fantastic atmosphere, while also raising money for good causes across our town.
